Swedish-ish pretty well there.

No, but I'll be moving to Harstad this summer. That's relatively close.
And since the gf will be there, you won't be getting any Norwegian tongue from me, but you may feel free to ask it of any of the other male northerners at the hotel

Det høres mye moro (takk Google)!

In "Knutspeak" that translates as "småradigt"

Really looking forward to KIT 14. It will be my fourth time at the KIT-festival, and every visit has brought a lot of bad jokes, good stories, lots of laughter, cd-shopping and great music. Highlights next year will hopefully be Vicious Rumors, Crimson Glory, Enforcer, Brocas Helm and Metalucifer. Especially the first three.

Well I finally found a hotel. I'll be staying in Bad Mergenthein next year. Anyone stayed in this town before?
Killer line up. Hopefully there will be no late cancellations or a (mythical) ash cloud next year!

I stayed there in '08, nice town. If only I could remember the hotel I stayed in.

We stayed in Bad Mergentheim this year, I liked it alot and it's pretty close to the venue. 10-15 € taxi drive so you might wanna share the taxi with some friends!

Tickets bought!
Is it best to camp at this or get a hotel?

It seems very difficult to get a hotel anywhere near it now. I'd say keep and eye on the forums closer to the date when people realise they can't afford to go.
I have a ticket too. I'd say a good few will head over from Ireland as the line-up is incredible.

Get a hotel if you still can (I just booked room for myself about 7 kilometers from the venue). I have heard so many tales of those freezing nights in KIT (I have always stayed in hotel).

I've visited KIT 4 or 5 times and every time I camped. It can get cold at night but most of the time it's -just- bearable. However I remember one night where I thought my nuts would freeze off. Not surprisingly when I got out of the tent in the morning there was a thick layer of ice on the car windows.
Don't have a ticket for next year but will probably wait 'till the week before the festival to buy one.

Which hotel did you book Nabel?
