So it's pretty much confirmed at this point that there is no Initial Velocity CD? I know in the Angel Dust - To Dust You Will Decay booklet it mentions a CD version of Initial Velocity with "2 bonussongs", I guess this is just another planned release that ended up getting scrapped?
