According to some comments on the uploader's Youtube channel I guess this band is pre-STEP CHILD (or the vocalist Steve Kelley at least).

Great find! I have the STEP CHILD CD but it is not really good, i think there was only one decent song there ("In Your Eyes"). Major disappointment for any fand of old OMEN.

I was doing a review of Chicago Metal Works Battalion #2 for the site and while looking for more info on Merrockury, I stumbled across this cheesy gem of a video:

The music is awful AOR/hard rock just like on the LP, but the video is hilarious.
