How's this one? I remember it had a pretty neat cover.
Yeah, the cover screams "I am a private metal record, buy me!", haha. It's obscure amateurish US Metal with female singer, no technical brilliance, no good sound... so in short: I love it
Been wanting this one on vinyl for a while my personal favourite Mekong Delta
I bought the CD ... of course
Haven't heard it yet, I recently bought The Music of Erich Zann and that was my first MD listening experience ... and it was great!! But as I was told it was very different (TMOEZ) than others Mekong Delta CDs ...

Thanks for this information! You seem right. The seller says "RARE 1980 EP ON STREET BEAT RECORDS." but the photo of the record itself shows "Gardian records" (sic). However, 6£ seems a good price for this records, which is supposed to be in decent condition.
Mr Nuke: The Street Beat Records release in 1980 had a picture sleeve, to both the 7'' and 12''. The year before they released it through Guardian Records without P/S. Sounds unsure which one you'll get though, hehe.
Abyss wrote:The King Diamond and Mercyful Fate albums he appears on are generally regarded as the worst ones so maybe ther is a pattern, but Hank Shermann and Andy LaRoque and King Diamond would be the ones writing I would assume, that said those albums in which Mike Wead appears are a step down but I can't say I hate any King Diamond or Mercyful Fate album completely. Also was he the song writer for Hexenhaus and Maninnya Blade?
Not in Maninnya Blade. He only appeared on one demo with them, so the only MB track he wrote was The Raven. The first Hexenhaus LP consists mostly of old Maninnya numbers so they aren't his either. But from the 2nd LP onward Hexenhaus is pretty much Mike Wead's solo project.
He never wrote a single song in King Diamond so far so that's not a good parameter. In MF he only ever wrote one song, the title track on 9 (and that's probably the worst MF song ever). Memento Mori is the best band to testify of his songwriting skills I guess. I dunno, they should be awesome with a great singer, great guitar player, great drummer and a great style, but they just didn't have the songs and I blame Mike Wead for that.
