Yeah, this is the text on the back:

"First indications of the European conquest became apparent in August of 1983 when a bootleg tape of 'Leathercoated Band' began receiving airplay on a pirate radio station in Mannheim, Germany.

The Deautsch populace unexpectedly welcomed the intrusion by the four Americans and within a matter of weeks the tentacles of 'Blackmania' had spread behind the Iron Curtain..."

Also my copy is next to me :)

I always heard about a connection with Germany on this item on old lists. It was mastered and producted (very well!) in Us and the fanclub is in Milwaukee but at least 2/4 of the members seems german by name.

Also the style is Us power with an Accept feel. Anyway is very good stuff maybe 8/10 and not 9/10 but highly recommended IMO.

Here's one you shouldn't miss:

VALAHALLA - same EP

One of my favorite EPs ever done, these songs never loose their magic! Pure gold!

talking about WARFARE, everybody mentions the first works like PURE FILTH, METAL ANARCHY, TOTAL DEATH etc. but no one seems to take care of their 1988 LP A CONFLICT OF HATRED! It's not only ten times more massive than the aforementioned albums but has also some really sick things like a saxophone, female singer and insane keyboard effects. A real masterpiece!

I agree! It's a must have and nowadays is also pretty easy to find since there are few good reissue.

Agree on this one.
Great british steel.

It's nowhere near 'steel', it's great moody/proggy stuff though, with only one downside; the awful Beatles cover.
