Are there guitars on the album? I can't hear them.
In my opinion, the guitars on 'Metal From Hell' sound way better than those on 75% of all 80s heavy metal records.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: 'Metal From Hell' is a masterpiece!!! Awesome sound and production, great riffs, the vocals kick ass and the drumming crushes your skull!

How can they sound better when they aren't audible?

Hmm, I can't believe that I have never posted in this thread before...

As much as I love "The Tyrant", this has got to be one of the most over rated albums. It's not terrible, but very average with garbage production. In my opinion this is the weakest band that Harry's been associated with.

Just a few helpfull hints to distinguish the real/proper pressing from the boot vinyl pressings:
-Original has a matted cover, boot is shiny.
-Original has double-sided printed inner sleeve, boot has simple insert
-Original has matrix number on dead wax "web oo1", the boot doesn't.

I have the original on red vinyl & although i think the songs & structure are great, i can barely listen to it due to the weak production, sorry lads!
