I told him NOT to release that CD. He released the STEEL ASSASSIN CD
with my permission, and paid me for it. But he kept delaying the
release of the MADD HUNTER CD, until it he breeched the contract. And
we got into an argument over it until I told him Not to release the
CD, and to keep his $$ that he would have owed me for it. Here's what
I want you to do as a favor to me: I want you to send me that CD, or
at least buy me another one. I want to know where you bought it,
etc.. I have only two copies left of the original pressing of the
M.H. CD "Silence of The Lamb". I will trade you one of those for the
one you have. I'll also send you a copy of the first M.H. CD as well.
I don't mind that the guy released it, but he owes me $750.00 for it,
so I need proof that he released it so I can go after him.. Here's my

That is not at all conclusive. Verbal permission is not a transfer of rights and if anything that email goes to show just how dubious and shitty unisound is. The guy wants to take legal action against the label...

No no, see for yourself I know that Lost And Found is an official label, but they put out Intruders - A Higher Form Of Killing with such catalog number (LFR1001). It's a bootleg but it's the first time i see Viking with Lost And Found logo, that's why i'm curious how many versions of this bootleg are around

This is Bryan from Lost and Found Records, and this is an absolute fake/bootleg!!! We have never reissued this album, and someone has used our corporate image to make it look like a Lost and Found Records release. All of our releases are fully licensed legal pressings, and this is NOT one of them. If anyone can provide me with any information about this, I would really appreciate any help you guys can provide.
