Maybe they got the rights earlier but only put out the cds recently....this explains why no one (at least nobody i know) has ever seen any Avanzada Metalica pressing of Cyclone / Morbid Saint cds back in the 90s or even as recent as 2005.
Juan Green said that he bought his A.M. Morbid Saint press back in 1993.
Me too, still have it in my collection (the Morbid Saint CD)... .

Later on it was re-released on Grind Core.
Pics?

Yes, here they are:

The booklet is a foldout booklet including the lyrics... . I don't exactly remember where and when I bought it but I am sure it was a good time before the Grind Core CD became available.

When did you buy this CD? The matrix doesn't really look "legit" ... at least not compared to Impact CD for example, on the same label.

I am sure I bought it in the early 90's. At this time bootlegs weren't that "popular".

The fat matrix does look kinda strange but the Sonopress stuff looks right (the font and sizing of it). Probably just the Mexican pressing plant was a bit wonky

The Matrix matches the one listed on Muisk Sammler.

By the way, whose CD's are those in that pic Sovdat?
