The bands have no right to give any permission to anyone if they are not the executive producers of the albums, simply because they didnt pay fo the production of that record. Of course they are the holders of composition.

this guy boasts and claim he payed thousands of dollars to OLD METAL Records for the ''EXCLUSIVE'' licences a lot of bootlegs he re issued for Southamerica , WITCHCROSS , SATAN'S HOST , GRIFFIN , BLESSED DEATH (even this guy sold the licence of Destined For Extinction to Piccoroco Records in a big amount of money ! )
