It was a standard in the past as it was significantly cheaper to print 1-2 colors silkscreen. I bought my copy from Tom Gattis some years ago. He was also one of the last ones to sell the first Gothic Knights CD's (it was already rare then but he still had a bunch of copies) and Advocate CD's, too. Later I tried to contact him again but he didn't reply. Nah, if the second link was a "Buy It Now" listing it would have said "Sold for:" instead of "Winning bid:". The CD only pops up a couple times a year normally as it's a self-released, Japanese manufactured CD, so it was released in a quite small quantity.
