How about the Second Hell/Skull Crusher "Metal Deadness" split lp?

Nice topic, though it's strictly a matter of opinion; someone's just bid $843 for a copy of the Lonewolf 'cash for candy' single on ebay and personally i don't think the music is worth $50
Some i think are worth the hard-earned cash:
Salems Wych LP
Charger 'desperadoes' 7"
Reincarnate 7" (well, depends on just how much you have to pay, but musically it's worth a load)
Lotus Cruise 7"
Avatar 'city beneath the surface' Ep (granted, you can hear the songs on later releases)
Prowler- forgotten angel 7" (not sure exacly what this one sells for, but it's a good 'un)
JJs Powerhouse 7"
Iona 7"
Hels 7" (also not sure what this one costs nowadays)
Randy 7"

More than 800 dollars for CFC? That's gonna be one hell of a disappointment(musically speaking). Even the other Lone Wolf aren't worth that much.

Yep. Someone who saw the auction asked me if i had ever heard it and i completely forgot that I had mp3s of the songs until I double-checked! They're not terrible but very pedestrian and forgettable (litterally in my case :) )

Only killer stuff there!
I have never seen the Iona 7'' for sale, only once when I bought it from a list for 2 years ago I think. Would be fun to know if it's worth anything? Love that single!!!

I've only seen the IONA for sale once about 3-4 years ago; it was listed for $175 but nobody bought it. I've always figured it was worth $100-125 but i could be way, way off

It's probably not that expensive 'cause it's too unknown. I've never heard of it. What's it like?

I've a rip of my vinyl. I can upload it! I'll try to do it right now.

Edit: Uploaded in the poisonoise!

I'll never regret paying a pretty penny for the ARC 7", some things must be obtained, others not, but some YES, ARC is one of them

The IONA is very tight, classy, upbeat NWOBHM. I'm not great at making comparisons, but I thnk of it as similar to Lotus Cruise but a little more energetic. The single has good sound quality too- very full sounding. One of those singles where both tracks are quality stuff ('you ain't a lady' b/w 'don't cry for the innocent'). I've seen some demos listed by other bands called IONA. Hope that helps.

there are tons of not overrated "expensive" records but my top favorites are:

MATAKOPAS
RAY GUNN
IRON CROSS (FLORIDA)
TYRANT'S REIGN
BLACKLIST
XCEL

Yeah Widow is really cool, haunting and atmospheric album. One of my all-time favourites.. But the band's name is Ritual.

Some of these are probably mentioned here but here's some items i consider worth the life and more:

Sabbrabells - S/T
Crowley - Scream Of Death & Demo.
Tyrant - Hold Back The Lightning
Gotham City - S/T
Medieval Steel - S/T
Tabbasa - Arisumi Kanmai
and yeah that Ritual - Widow
