I like his style very much indeed, and I have one of his drawings tattoed on me:

I've been thinking about getting that particular piece for some time now. Problem is, I'm too skinny.

Is there any book with Larnoy's paintings?

Indeed! That’s always been one of my favorite covers, though I actually didn’t realize it was Eric Larnoy’s work.

I was wondering the same. There isn't much info on the net besides the already posted links. I found a great comic pic:
Would like to have one of these comics just for the great drawings.

That's sad*. I think all of these are amazing!
For Open the Gates on that link there's a really colourful back-side with a tracklist for 'Epicus Doomicus' instead! I've never seen the Candlemass vinyl....is that really what the back cover looks like!? With the front cover still the black skull jobber?
*about his death!

I don't think so ...
By the way, I didn't know he died so young.

Uargghh, I didn't noticed he died so young; that's sad.
Does someone happen to know where these comics are available?

Open The Gates is probably his best work as far as I've seen it. Absolute epic. Would be cool to see a proper page dedicated to all his work.

I can't be sure but the comic drawing could be from Shadowslayer: The Mark of Melanikus which was published as French graphic album and also reprinted in Heavy Metal magazine in the mid 90's. I'll have to double check that

I think The Deluge is an even beter work than Open the Gates. One of my favorite covers ever!

A hit and miss artist. Some of his covers are great, some do nothing for me.
