Re: Post-NWOBHM steel from UK
Yesterday I had a thorough look at the UK-part of the rare records archive and noticed 2 gigantic missing pieces of classic post-NWOBHM. This one:

...and another LP I'll add in a day or 2 (can you guess which one? It's definitely nothing terribly obscure by our standards..)

Tyga Myra - Deliverance or Dealer - First Strike?

Good call on Tyga Myra - it's also on the to-do list, but the one I'm referring to is a bit more Kült.
Actually I'm curious if there's any really obscure 12"s or LPs missing as well. The 7"-part isn't even worth trying to complete..

PHOENIX RISING?
TREDEGAR?
ORAL? (come on, you know you want to)
NO QUARTER?
You're welcome.

Has anyone ever heard or even seen the Birds Of Prey release?

Best of luck tracking a copy down. I'd actually begun to think that it might be a hoax as the same blurry indistinct pic always accompanied any mention of the record, and no one who i'd expect to know or own the EP has ever seen a copy, but now you've gone & produced a different photo that looks legit.DaN wrote: ↑Fri Feb 18, 2022 3:12 pmI certainly hadn't until now, but yes:bigfootkit wrote: ↑Fri Feb 18, 2022 8:38 amHas anyone ever heard or even seen the Birds Of Prey release?

What next? Confirmation of a Fireclown pic sleeve?

Re: Post-NWOBHM steel from UK
always thought that Tredegar which played live in 1983
and had their 1st demo in 1982 (later re-released in Australia in 1991 by their fan-club) would be called "true NWOBHM" before the years kept passing....

You're absolutely right, I was just tossing down random UK hard rock/metal releases post 1985 or so, to help Dan with finding stuff to review.rumblefist wrote: ↑Sun Feb 20, 2022 1:23 pm always thought that Tredegar which played live in 1983
