come on guys, we dont have to be so obsucre and kult on this one....

TWISTED SISTER-STAY HUNGRY (never to lose the sense of danger and rebellion,pleaseee)
DIO-HOLY DIVER (never to lose the sense of fantasy,and the power of heavy metal to take u wherever you want)
AC/DC- "YOU NAME IT!" (whats rock n roll all about!)

maybe debut albums from Living Death or Metallica will do the trick for heavier stuff....

they might not be the most occult metal bands but theyre sure know what they were doing during that time. also, they are a big influence in the metal scene including DIO...despite what you say!!!

ok well ACCEPT-metal heart substitute it for anything you want....
