BRING THE NOIZE!!!!

In my opinion Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax should all have called it a day in 1991 and in Anthrax's case as far back as 1988 as this is when they all last wrote the semblance of a decent song.

Slayer is now just music for incarcerated meatheads looking for penpals in Metal Maniacs.

It is unfair to compare SLAYER with Anthrax and Metallica.

Anthrax never made ONE good record. Some kind of crossover thrash that sounds so gay compared f.ex with NECRONOMICON.You will tell me they have also a Fistful Of Metal.OK album/mediocre but nothing more.

Metallica made the ultimate crap records(Black Album and all the rest that followed)
i don't like also And Justice For All.And also Master Of Puppets and Ride The Lightning have too many fillers although a lot better than ''And Justice''.
Kill 'Em All has to be their best.

SLAYER only wrote hymns till 1990.

And a lot of idiots attend their concerts too...
The last time I saw Slayer it attracted all the scumbags of society, not a real 'nice' crowd from what I remember...

I'm a metalhead for life and I'd never attend a Slayer concert.

Yeah, Slayer concerts really bring out the dregs of society like few other bands can :(

they were always far from my fave list but I think at least their early records are def. some good old SA deathrash that is nice to listen to from time to time

From time to time. Today some old friends came to visit and the conversation had to go to old metal records, so i had to put Sepultura 'Arise' to them, because they wouldn't know more than that, and I tell you we all had a great headbanging session listening to that record.

But okay, that's your opinion, what bands I dislike now... that's hard to think with the alcohol I drank earlier, hmmm... but i think anything modern is pretty bad. Well, I can think something like balistic and such, nowadays, maybe I have to loose some time listening to them...

i don't "hate" SABBAT by any means, but the one disk i've heard (Mourning has come) just doesn't do much for me, don't know why. i'm sure most on here will tell me to check out the earlier stuff, which i probably will, as soon as i can locate them!

for the record, SABBAT sounds loads better than anything SKYCLAD ever did! :)
