I doubt that any band playing a local club circuit back then had the money to pay a lawyer to review a contract that's a mile long if/when they are finally offered a record deal...

One of my friends knows the main guy apparently he's a total bogan and has aged really badly always hangs out at the pub and is quite poor. :? This is what he told me anyway.

I doubt that too, but it's obvious that contracts accept no excuses...

Russell Hopkinson also played in Vicious Circle for a bit in the mid 80's, I used to work with his brother apparently he's a bit shy about his 'secret metal past'.
