Where does this midget live now in Ohio?
If you ever get an order from him here is how it will arrive.Packaged crappy with bent corners and split seams and half of your original order will be replaced with things that he "thinks" you will like instead of what you had actually ordered.

Okay, old thread, but here we go again.

Look at this mail i received from a friend of mine:
Dear friends

As some of you might know, I did have some trouble with Joseph Pangallo from Mason Ohio. I paid him money for records I have never received after almost 2 years now. He claimed that the parcel has been stolen from the post office, but he could never send me proof in form of a post receipt that he ever did send the records.

I have started a criminal investigation against Mr. Pangallo and hired a lawyer who's in contact with the local authorities. The police is interested in pursuing this and they want as much details as possible.

Therefore my request to you all: Did you loose any money with Joe Pangallo? I mean direct rip offs, not he sold me m- but sent me VG+, but real theft. I know there are more guys out there. Or do you know anybody who has been ripped off? Please send their names and e-mails. We might be aible to start a class action suit.

He sold me stuff like Militia 12", Avatar in yellow, Jag Panzer in red, Leather Nunn etc. Stuff that is not available all too often. Maybe he has sold you the same titles too and never sent it.

Any help is appreciated.
If any of you or someone you know were seriously ripped off by Mr. Pangallo, send me a PM.

I have only one question: Why some people are still dealing with him?

Fair question. I guess some folks don't ask around before dealing with someone, or they think they're getting a great deal and take a chance.
As many complaints as there are about this guy, the lawyer could start a class-action lawsuit! :)

Maybe you can hire Marshall Levy's father to go after Joe Pangallo.

That's funny, sad, but funny.
