I can't imagine a label going to that much effort.
I mean who put up the myspace site? And if it was a fake myspace account, I highly doubt a label forced them to take it down...

Both site and myspace were set up by the band/management.
I don't think Re Bethe is such a hypocrite to do this, but you can't be sure with this bullshit.
