started the new year with some classics appreciation - yesterday SCORPIONS magnificent quadruple masterpiece - Fly to the Rainbow / In Trance / Virgin Killer / Taken by Force,
today it's URIAH HEEP - very 'eavy... very 'umble / Salisbury / Demons and Wizards / Look at Yourself / The Magician's Birthday / Sweet Freedom - and those left me awestruck, even more. holy fuck, how great they were! full of immortal hyms, all of them.
tomorrow I'd go for BLACK SABBATH me thinks

You'd think they'd be something along the lines of NUCLEAR ASSAULT or CARNIVORE, but in my ears they always sounded like a VERY poor man's Morbid Angel.

And IMO Lonesome Crow's M. Schenker's best work.
