Thanks a lot guys. Your posts are really useful, deeply appreciated.
Now it's all settled.
ps: It was a typo in my post, I was trying to type matrix code. The errors have been corrected now.
I've encountered a lot of strange CD conditions lately. The following is one of them:
Intruder - Live to die 1st press.
There is no spine missing, but there is a cut in the booklet. Anybody knows was this suppose to be this way, or it's a messed up copy of this not so rare CD?
Below are the images:
Maybe I can sell this CD to those who are looking for an intact back insert.

i think previous owner cut the booklet. some of old releases come with smaller or bigger booklet than the jewel case. in this case, the cd may come with bigger booklet than the jewel case.
I've had close to a dozen copies and none have had an oversized or cut booklet. But every single one had a spine (or part of one) missing. Only one that had both spines was the Greek boot
dave prolly cut off an extra page from all his copies that arent missing spines. my copy is missing a page as well. lets see what sovdat says about his copy
Mine is complete through and through. No cutted booklet, no spine missing or anything. I got it from a guy who lived in USA back then and bought it when it shortly after it was released.
If it's not a bootleg (and you have surely checked it already) maybe there are two pressings of that cd coming from IW ... one batch with both spines, the other (earlier or later) batch without one spine.
I bought in the early ebay days "Live to die" 'one spine' version right from them (Azra), which I sold immediately because I thought it was damaged lol (and never bought it again, damn).
I don't even understand why there are copies without one spine in first place anyway ! Very strange label ^^

This was the general consensus when this was discussed here before...
