"Usually ships within 1 - 2 months"
How do they back order a CD that has been out of print for so long? I've seen errors like this on Amazon US before, hopefully you will end up receiving it but who knows? Ah well I'm happy enough with the price I paid, but if this were real it would be a fantastic deal.

Well before I bought it it said last one in stock, will arrive in 3-5 days after purchasing it, after I bought it it said usually ships within 1-2 months, which means that its on back order now, and it isnt in stock, so if you tryed to buy it now they probably wouldnt have it and would have to refund your money most likely.

There are a lot of guys who could disagree with you about junkies/iq etc but drugs is a huge theme & I wouldn't like to express my complete opinion. Of course you know that laws change every day so it's not illegal (at least not all of them) so it's not the only common point. Maybe you confused my comment for a member of the board about rip-offs, that was an exception, everyone feels sympathy for the ones who have been ripped off (especially if that happened to you/me too). I just can't accept that all those guys who are buying generation of boots are taking refund or leave positive feedback because they are satisfied with the refund or they are happy because they don't know that a cheap cd-r doesn't deserve $80 as a price. How many guys are willing to send back a cd (especially overseas) paying from their pocket the s&h costs? Just a few, So if your friends or other guys who were aware of similar activities didn't leave negative don't blame on me but on them. It's not only Sam, check the feedback of a few other American sellers with boots or even Greek ones. They have higher than $99. The buyer has no more the fear if he leaves negative that he will get a negative too, so how all those "power sellers" are still around? Ebay cares only for the fees if we won't fuck up their feedback or making them to loose a star, nothing gonna change.
Yah, I'm sure some would disagree with me. It all goes back to how we view life and our perspective on things. No two people are exactly the same. I do admint that I might have misunderstood what you meant about those that got ripped off. Rather easy to do that, though, on a message board (things sometimes don't "read" how they would "sound" if we were talking, ya know?).
As I said, I really can't explain Sam's feedback (and all the other bootleg sellers). Both my mates that bought from him didn't leave him any feedback, but they both admitted they didn't pay much for the boots they got and they did get their cash back. I wasn't blaming you, and do apologize if it came across as such. Not much any of us can do to stop them, though. WE know better than to buy from them, but like I said, we're a minority. Too many people out there that don't know better, or don't care what they get, or are just plain naive about what they are getting.
And I wholeheartedly agree on eBay. They only want the money and REALLY don't care what people are selling so long as they get the fees (and one of the big movie companies / record labels / book publishers doesn't threaten legal action on a listing). The only time I've EVER seen them take action on a seller was when that person was listing major corporation material (Metallica bootleg live shows, etc). I've seen a handful of the bootleggers (Greek, Chinese and American alike) get shut down, but they just popped back up under a different name and started all over again...

I think I'll never have "Double Talk"
Btw, how come all the "Who Dominates Who" I've seen on eBay are the Atom H pressings ? Haven't seen ONE Koch reissue on selling 'til now ... ok I'm back since only 4 months but it's weird !
I have that one myself lol couldn't find the original years ago and took the reissue (together with Conviction/EE) ^^

I remember after watching "Black Suicide" video a friend of mine told someone that the singer is Arnold Schwarzenegger's brother and the rumor actually spread quite far.

MAYBE I've found the truth about the Silence auction of Gioyle the funny man ...
http://cgi.ebay.com/SILENCE-VISION-CD-i ... 1e5b447cb2
He used the picture of Sovdat's Silence auction but then when I asked him (not before insulting me) he switched to another photo, which isn't still the 'sealed' one on auction. I was thinking, why ? Can't he make a photo of the actual item ? Now I see ^^ !
This is what he is trying to sell
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0413114851 (yes he won it xD !)
Or, maybe, he is keeping the bootleg and selling his own copy (which is still sealed ?).
Your choose

You are close but no cigar. The truth is, the dude just went to kinkos and made his own 100 copies
I sort of enjoy those CDR knock-off entrepreneurs - they give competition to vegas

I know that Giorgio bought the original copy few years ago (I was bidding on it as well). He used my picture for his auction first but when I pointed that out he replaced it, but the current one is taken from another ebay auction

I don't quite understand about the story behind this Gioyle saga. Anyway, next time if you folks are listing some ultra-rare items. I suggest you make your auction pics watermarked with your name (eg, 'xxx's auction'). This way will prevent people from stealing your pics.

Giorgio is a little bit "difficult" guy but not a cheater. For that price he is selling the original.
