Does anyody have more info on this band and releases?? I heard and watched their youtube video and it is absolutely great!! CREDO/MAGNIT resemblance is obvious!
Great indeed!! I couldn't believe my fuckin' ears!!!
I can't find any trace of them releasing an album or single, but I did find out they appear on a comp-LP from 1991 called "Рок против террора" (Rok Protiv Terrora)
Does anybody have some information about these bands from Georgia/Armenia/Azerbaijian?
They were all active between late 80's and early 90's....some of them were mentioned by Lado Burduli, the singer with georgian punk band Retsepti:
Georgia:
-Bedlami
-Dragon
-Gremy
-Komendantis Saati (they made some recordings at Studio C in 1985 or 1986 before turning punk. Later changed name in Retsepti and played punk/goth/dark)
-Mdzime Jvari/Heavy Cross
-Moritur (they recorded a Demo in 1989)
-Sphinx
Armenia:
-Messiah (there are some live tracks recorded at EgRU Festival, Erevan in 1991)
-Soma: I know there's a video tape recorded at Dzherzhinsky Machine Factory, Erevan on 26-01-1992
-Tessilck
-Vostan Hayots: They have a tape called Prosnis' syin recorded in 1991
Azerbaijan:
-Aerokobra
-Bez Grima
-Chenryij Gorod/Black City
-Iuhu: I have some tapes recorded in 1992 but there is a collection tape with songs recorded between 1990 and 1993
-Komentantskij Chas (I don't think they're the same "Komendantis Saati" from Georgia: this name was quite usual at the time)
-Running Wild (....)
-Shok
-Talisman
-Tyazhelyij Sluchay
I want to write some essay but I can't find lot of information nor - of course - recordings. I know a lot of recordings made in Georgia in the late 80's went destroyed or disappeared during the following war years

The only band i have heard out of the the ones you mentioned is SOMA from Armenia.I think i heard them from a track in Youtube.Pretty good Heavy Metal.Heavier than ASPAREZ though.

If you mean YUHU, they moved to Turkey in early 1990'es and have a 2-3 tapes and 1 cd released. I can check around if I can find the cd left in some stores. Send me PM if you are interested. Now the drummer is a tattoo artist and the guitarist is composing music for some pop stars here.
tape only
but recentely their first album has been remastered and re released on a pro CD-r (available through the guys at the Metalrus website...but I think it's already out of print)
There is also a split CD with Voj but I am quite sure it's another CD-r thing
All their albums seem to be re-released on CDr only and they're quite hard to find

PONTIUS PILATE -S/T was released on cd in 1994 by Apex records. I was able to pick a copy from GEMM 5-6 years ago for cheap. It is a regular silverpressed cd. I havent seen another copy since and assume it should be considered quite rare by now.
