Did DeMaio ever play with Dio in any capacity? There was some talk a few years ago about an Elf reunion including him on bass, guess they at least knew each other. Dave Feinstein is Dio's cousin, right? DeMaio played on his "Midnight Lady/Ship On A Stormy Sea" 7'', a great single
