12" EP 1978 Texas. The other EP songs are different styles; one is a Boston-style rock ballad, another is a rip-off of 'Smoke on the Water'.
Tyranny 'She Ain't Comin' Back'
1979 demo. Rob's pre-Graven Image band. This was put out by OPM on a 7"

Nice tracks Alan! Too bad the other 2 on Blitz' EP aren't more like that one.
The track I posted was Shepherd – The Power from the KSHE Seeds Homegrown Rock N Roll compilation.
Maybe we should rename this thread "early NWOAHM tracks" or something.

The 4th track is the closest to this style, but yeah, the middle two tracks are very different. The EP is posted over on the Lockjaw blog for anyone that's interested
Sgt- I didn't like the Eclipse tune the first time I played it, but it grew on me really fast. It's a great, catchy, driving song with the strong nwobhm vibe. The flipside is also quite good.

Actually 2 copies of the Darkstarr EP sold this week, both in the $300 range. It's not a bad EP but not one I'm interested in owning. THe songs are a bit inconsistent even in style; I wonder if they were hedging their bets, waiting to see what style would get them to the next level.

Yes, also "On the Road" didn't really blew me away to be honest.
DARK STARR is a EP i'd like to have of course, but not on top of my want list. 300$ seemed cheap a couple of month ago maybe, but now with the crashed the EURO, i'll think twice about purchasing anything from US-ebay.
