SAXON - Dallas 1pm (Atmospheric, rockin', and touching too!)
DRUNK HORSE - White Lady Of The Mesa (So many different complimentary parts!)
BUDGIE - Parents (Tony Bourge's finest 10 and a half minutes)
MANOWAR - Gates Of Valhalla (Classic! And great for singing along to in the shower)
SAXON - Rainbow Theme/Frozen Rainbow (Masterful soloing!!!)
KYUSS - Spaceship Landing (Thud Thud Thud, Rifftacular)
OPETH - Something (I can't decide which track, fuck the purists!)
MERCYFUL FATE - Satan's Fall (It's been selected already, but i CAN'T leave it out)
and if someone else got away with Pink Floyd, i'm having two Southern Rock classics:
THE OUTLAWS - Green Grass & High Tides (From chicken pickin' country style to the full on guitar army assault, this is 18 string heaven!)
LYNYRD SKYNYRD - Freebird (Yes, Freebird!)

For those of you who have some interest in it, Lithuanian POCCOLUS' self-titled album was one of the best epic and haunting albums ever. HA LELA from the same country did another excellent job both in their demo and album.
I do second some choices here too, but it would be too long to tell.
And I'll add a non-Metal (yet rock) song to the lot : FIELDS OF THE NEPHILIM's "Last Exit for the Lost" which is a pure masterpiece, not epic in the sense of swords and sorcery, but epic in the way it makes the listener travel while still being a rock song.

Also DAWNRAZOR when played live has a similar 'this is it' feeling. I will look into POCCOLUS.
