I just try and tell people to "BE CAREFULL"

small side note: The only reason there ever was a OPM Records was because of Mr.P HAHAHA so maybe I should be thanking him.

Whatever, final conclusion is that with this sort of"behaviour" he'll loose all his costumers and his co-operators...years have passed and the same old story is told again and again...I think collectors have had enough from him, and one day NO-ONE will deal with him again...Yes, there's a small number of collectors who never had probs with him, but that's because they made small orders I guess...

uh uh, though I would be rid of that name by now... This ... person... ripped me off already 15+ years ago.
I did some vinyl trades with him back then. I sent him EVERYTHING he wanted, and he sent me half of what he promised me plus the rest were more or less useless stuff.
The last drop was when I sent him a HUGE pack with NWoBHM and Swedish singles, where he had a bunch of killer items put aside for me. Of course he only delievered some of them. I was pissed off and wanted what he had promised me. He sent me some more crap I din't want or asked for, had all kinds of explanations (non acceptable) why he didn't send the stuff we had agreed upon.
What pisses me off the most is that I sent him stuff like Shakespeare, Scratch etc. which he immediately put in his catalogue for 250 USD (not really the value he claimed they had when we traded...).

I basically told him to fuck off. Didn't hear from him in some 10 years, when he suddenly mailed (or called, don't remember) as if nothing had happened and wanted to start trading again. Well... I didn't.

I had heard nothing about him for years until today when a Japanese friend sent me a warning to trade with him...

i must be the only person to never have been ripped off by Herr P. in ten years plus,weird.i even bought stuff off his last list for like 50% off and he sent everything faster than you can say rip-off.he must be really desperate for $$ this time around.

I know, yet a month ago I surprisingly received one of his stock e-mails and there was a demo tape I HAD to have. So I bought it. Needless to say I received nothing and after 3 weeks opened a paypal dispute. Pangallo stepped up and told me a sad story of being hospitalized. He had the decency of refunding me on the spot though, so that's my one and only encounter with him so far. It surely will be my last.

I can remember about ten years ago, when i asked for his selling list, it was a huge list, well made with pictures and stuff. very elbaorate.

But his records were also overpriced in my eyes and the at that time strong dollar / weak euro mad it even less lucrative for me. I tried to explain that to him on the phone with my stumble English, but he seemed to be really annoyed that i didn't ordered anything right away, and tried to persuade me, that i HAD to buy something immediately, because he made such a high effort to send me his list.

I never had the urge to deal with him since then.

I make a deal with mr.pangallo last december!
I send the money via paypal and I wait and wait and wait.....nothing!
no records,no answer to my 100 mails and no money back!
the best on the story is,this guy send me some month ago his new sale list......crazy!!!!
I make good deals with him over so many years,but this was my last deal with this bastard!!!

Does he send out his records by registered post? If not, you can rip him off via a Paypal dispute and get him back.

He doesn't send the records at all. All you'd be doing is getting your money back. Easier just not to deal with him in the first place.
