That's still nutty; I've got a small stack of extra OPM covers that GLockose has used as mailing inserts over the years, who knew I could have been selling them! It's like an OPM Rebate

is it the first time you see a plain cover being sold? It's exactly the same when the vinyl is sold without the sleeve, not strange to me at all...

You've seen an OPM title being sold with No Cover?

Maybe someone has a copy with a cover in bad condition and wants to replace it. Not a very weird auction really, but I doubt that it will bring many $ in the seller's pocket

The fact that makes it funny and $$ hunting is that it's an OPM release cover?
I didn't say about OPM specifically, but it's common to sell covers without the vinyl,at least not the first time I see it

The OPM covers were #'ed

The ones I used as packing are NOT #'ed

If you had a #'ed cover that was in bad shape why would you want an Un-#'ed cover

When I got covers printed I had to get 1000 covers but I only printed 500 vinyl. So I had 500 cover left over. In the past if someone recieved a copy from me that was not in good condition I would ask for the # and make a new one with that #.

After a while I just stared using tham as Packing when sending records as they took up too much space. Most I would cut or write on but I am sure there were a few that I did not

Some may settle for an unnumbered cover which is in good condition than having a numbered but severely damaged one I guess.

I thought it was funny b/c anyone who has bought from Glock- over the years is bound to have a stack of extra OPM covers laying around. Bidding for one on ebay is almost like bidding on an empty jewel case :)

Sorry if the joke 'missed'. Maybe other folks didn't wind up with as many extra covers as i did? I probably had a dozen of these laying around at one point. Or Maybe my sense of humor is warped worse than a 7" stuck behind a radiator :)
