There's also one track from the LP on it. But it just isn't as complete as I wanted. No perfect 10 release sadly. I've never heard the demo's of WtFSB but I'm not a big fan of Lee, so that only adds to the disappointment.ION BRITTON wrote:EDIT: Actually, half the 7" is missing, Boadicea is the last track of the 1st CD. However, the demo versions of the "While the flame still burns" (with Dave Wall) as they are heard in the picture LP bootleg are not included either, and it's really a pity 'cause they far FAR better than the ones with Lee Addison on vocals.
Yeah, by no means a perfect 10 release, something like 6.5-7/10 for me which isn't good enough having in mind the time we waited for it.Black Axe wrote:There's also one track from the LP on it. Yeah this was the first thing I noticed as well it could have been so much more complete with just one more CD, Dave Wall is so powerful as well and I agree those versions are in 90% of the time much better and more metal.ION BRITTON wrote:Yeah, by no means a perfect 10 release, something like 6.5-7/10 for me which isn't good enough having in mind the time we waited for it.Black Axe wrote:There's also one track from the LP on it. Man, the difference between the two WtFSB versions is HUGE. I love the ones with Dave Wall, they're heavier and much more powerful. The Lee Addison versions sound like typical commercial US metal unfortunately.
I said "OK, so be it" when you told me that the LP wasn't included, but the inclusion of those killer tunes with Dave Wall was the least i was expecting. I hope i won't discover any other ''shortcomings'' in the meantime...
Congrats! An absolute masterpiece.Acke wrote:Crysys - Hard As Rock LP (Metalworks)
No actually these albums are very rare here too. I had to hunt for crazy lazy for over 2 years to pay a fair collector price. Zeus is even more rare but I just found it on a store and buy it without thinking about it. I paid 3000 pesos , is about 230 USD. for both. usually thats the price for crazy lazy itself.anthares wrote:YOu find these easily in local stores? And how much they cost? I can upload it for you if you like.
Let me know.
the cover is ultra sucky
Yes, it lowers the points that Dave Wall versions are not included. I read from Miskatonic that there will be official rerelease of the first LP+7" and more demo tracks (perhaps the missed Dave Wall versions?) later this year.Nightlock wrote:Yeah this was the first thing I noticed as well it could have been so much more complete with just one more CD, Dave Wall is so powerful as well and I agree those versions are in 90% of the time much better and more metal.ION BRITTON wrote:Yeah, by no means a perfect 10 release, something like 6.5-7/10 for me which isn't good enough having in mind the time we waited for it.Black Axe wrote:There's also one track from the LP on it.
