RCA like many big record companies has several different regions. I suppose the Norway sector of the label is a lot smaller then the North American one. About that sleepy hollow disc, is there a version that came with the lyrics? Mine doesn't come with lyrics, just a 2 page booklet with band info inside & fan club info etc. But it also comes with 1 page insert that has a different album cover on it, one with a flying horse on it, in addition to the cover with the band members on it which is on the booklet.
