I'm surprised to see a lot of entries in this thread.
Yeah, a lot of mentioned albums are quite average, perhaps below average, but worst? There are tons of thrash records that are literally shit, many of these posted I wouldn't consider anywhere near that.
I love Acid Reign

Forced Entry - Uncertain Future makes me fall asleep.
Many new "thrash bands" just play plain, uninspiring and sterile thrash.

Havent heard in many years but Gothic Slams albums were horrible.
And Re-Animator albums.
Only Gothic Slam's "Just a face in the crowd" is shit and the Re-Animator LP's are quite cool UK Thrash except for "Laughing". But Thrash Queen would win the flower pot for the worst Thrash or second Kalaschnikov.
or
Darkness "Conclusion & Revival"
Fantom Warior "Fantasy or reality"
Headcrasher "Introspection"
Hellbreath "Slave of god"
all Acid Reign stuff
Slayer - everything after "Reign in blood"
Anthrax - everything after "Amoung the living"
both Death Wish - LP's
Eviction "The world is hours away"
I just figured out to list the cool Thrash records would be easier and shorter. If you want great Thrash you'd go for demos...

I like Acid Reign - The Fear
Perhaps the worst is Sacred Chao MLP ?

Yeah, ok, "The fear" is their only average/listenable album. But yeah Sacred Chao is a stinker too and Living Death's "World neurosis" to add as well especially for the price that this LP reaches EACH time! I can't understand someones is paying more than 5 E for crap.

DEATHWISH, especially "Demon Preacher" is top-notch UK thrash masterpiece in par with the likes of SABBAT, PARIAH, and SACRILEGE.
I do agree, however, that D.A.M. is very boring band.

I was unlucky enough to see D.A.M. live back in 1989 supporting Nuclear Assault and Dark Angel, and my god, they were absolutely tedious.
Fortunately they only played for 30 mins but it felt
much longer.

Yeah Sacrilege's albums except of the killer debut MLP belong to this list as well...
If Death Wish is top notch UK Thrash what is Hydra Vein then? God?

Sacrilege's 2nd and 3rd albums aren't terrible at all. Not great either, but certainly not among the worst.
I agree with stormspell on Deathwish. Awesome albums. Hydra Vein are in the same boat as those Sacrilege albums I mentioned for me.

D.A.M.
Mortal Sin "Face.."
late 80's thrash metal in general...Zzzzzz

Oh yeah, Hydra Vein, they were one of those bands that everyone missed at the time.
Poor promotion, small label with paltry distribution, the usual injustices.
They only seem to have found an audience after they split up.
I like their first album, is their 2nd any good?

Excuse me..."Rather death than false of faith" is shit? So you don't like Slayer? It belongs to the best UK LP's especially with that poor Demo production. It just gives that album the right kick.
Their second LP sounds completely different, more technical Thrash but still above average. Unfortunately it was published on RKT Records so it isn't easy to find. But that brings me up to another UK Thrash disaster:
M.T.A. "The record" (incredible shitty and primitive)
plus 2 italian sukkerz:
Mad Poltergeist "Mad'n'damn"
Creepin' Death "Errare Humanum Est..."
so ultra shitty shit I can't believe someone thought they'd sell 5 copies in the total...

From the major(-ish) bands, it has to be State of Euphoria. I already hate the style they chose on Among the Living, groovy and not especially melodic, without the aggression characteristic of the 90's groove metal bands, and State of Euphoria was basically an uninspired v2 of it. From the less esteemed...
Deathamin - Mass of What (there is a lot of terrible Metallica-worship out there, and this is the worst I've heard)
Holocausto - Negatives (it's like they really liked Coroner's Last Entertainment and decided to make an entire album out of it)
Threshold - Within the Expanse (some kind of experimental/prog thrash maybe in the spirit of Into the Pandemonium, but entirely moaned vocals and flange on everything)
