Both those prices are suspicious IMO. The Graven Image was missing BOTH inserts, and it has very rarely ever reached the $1,000 mark. Leather Nun has stayed in the $750-$1,000 range for the last several years, and it shows up fairly regularly. It has reached $1,500 before, but again, very rarely. IF those auctions are legit, then congrats to the sellers for finding some desperate bidders.

This topic is called "Insane ebay auctions". Please explain what's so insane about that auction.

I did post it because other auctions of rare records have been posted here before they reached the insane price.
But I see your point, my fault
I will delete the link and post it to the Flanez thread then....

Well on certain items you know they will reach insane prices even before anyone starts bidding on them.

I don't see what's so shocking about it from the moment an LP like Pleasure to Kill can reach 30 euros on ebay nowadays.

...or a Violent Force reaching 75€....
Every US private release reaches incredible prices, no matter if it is good....That Flanez seems to be really rare (maybe 200 pressed) and musically it is outstanding. I was searching it for years and found it for 80€ in a list. A nicer cover and it would reach twice as much....

Flanez seems reasonable, was priced this range 15 years ago.
