Attack's "Wardance". Still not sure about this band, but this is a great instrumental.

The whole Ram it Down album!

It's so electronic and dark, but also commercial and somehow all the melodies sound with the combination of the drums like iron factories and other working class hard labour places of work. They're so production conscious and really trying to do something that's modern and original (for the time).
