it is scarce, that is only the 2nd copy I have seen including mine. But it sounds horrible, like a bad bootleg actually.

I never saw this one in the 80ies or 90ies, but a several times in the last years !
So could this eventually be a bootleg who only came out in the last years ???
Since how many times you have your copy ?

if you ask me, I just got mine from Ebay...but this was the only Metal vinyl the seller offered besides many other 80`s pop vinyls, so I doubt that it is a newer bootleg...

On the Kingdom Of Steel site that release is mentioned in the biography:

"This act was founded by the Afro-American guitarist Ian Tafoya in 1982 under the name Snowhite. Together with Ian's brother Sparks (d), his cousin Nick (b) and schoolmate, manager and vocalist Nicole Lee, a first 4-track demo tape ("Vengeance", "Never Felt Like This", Something for Nothing" and "Hell Bent") is recorded in only six hours. The demo track "Hell Bent" is additionally released on the "Metal Massacra III" sampler. After a second demo tape, the band releases a 4-track flexi disc, before the mini album "All Hail to Thee" is released via Enigma (Steamhammer in Europe) in 1984. In spring of 1985 the next mini-LP "Kick 'em When They're Down" is released before Nick Tafoya is replaced by Amp Dawg. Due to problems with their label, the EP "Live Suicide" is released via Erika Records. In the meanwhile Scott Schafer becomes the new bass guitarist. After touring activities, the band records an additional demo tape, bringing them a deal with Roadracer. In 1988 the last album "Act of God" is released, featuring Scott Schafer on drums now (!) and Alex Olvera on bass guitar. Briefly after the release, Nicole Lee is replaced by Debby Gunn (ex-Sentinel Beast). The band is preparing for a tour, which has to be cancelled, since Debby is joining the Scandinavian trash band Ice Age. The band splits up, and Ian Tafoya forms a new band called Cyclone Temple."

No bootleg, I got my copy many years ago. This album is not offered a lot, but if you find it, it should not be expensive. Noone really cares for Znowhite, and that's a shame!
All releases by this band are good, and ACT OF GOD is even the best record with female vocals EVER.

I was thinking yesterday about opening a thread 'records you regret purchasing' when I had Sacrilegio in my hands.
Don't get me wrong, musically it kills, but it is just such a cheap pressing! A thin paper gatefold cover and the sound quality of the vinyl is...not good. I bought it for €70 (actually I traded some records that I was going to sell for €70) and when I received it I thought by myself if there really wasn't any other option for me to spend my money on. And the worst thing is, if I ever encounter Mutacion por radiacion I'll just buy it too. If only the music would suck I wouldn't have this problem...

Well, at least you didn't got yours in pieces because of the incompetence of the postal service. These 100€ (not including postage rates and western union fees...) may better have been thrown in another record...

However, records by (locally) bigger bands are of better quality. The problem is most always that most people there don't know how to stock records properly. I dream of a mint copy of the ARKANGEL or RESISTENCIA LPs, but even if I cross one in the future, I guess it will sell for at least twice the price I paid mine, and surely far more.

Could this be the rumoured 3rd pressing that was printed on old, used vinyls? What color is the frame round the front pic? Black or white?

I'm pretty sure it's just the second pressing, it has that big M on the backcover. Here's a pic of it, left side in the middle.

Valid arguement probably. Well I still own the record and will not get rid of it either, it's just that sometimes I ask myself if it's sane to spend that amount of money on one record when I'm on a tight budget. I ask myself what my life would look like if I didn't buy records and it's all Rolls royces and palm trees as far as the eye can see

Yeah, that would be the 2nd pressing. If it's any consolation the 1st pressing has the same low quality wrap-around sleeve, even if the back sleeve is different (see my review). I've never noticed a difference in the soundquality, but then again I'm not sure if I've ever compared them properly.

You bought this MLP and this happened to you? Well, this is absolutely shit.

Well, I recieved a copy of the Pagan Altar - Judgement of the Dead red LP from USA before a month or two, and the parcel came opened on one side and the cover damaged on the edge...no extremely serious damage, but very annoying..
This was my only case of LP's been damaged during shipping so far, I hope this won't happen again.
