Well thallos surely bought at lot of stuff from Ben and some went into his personal collection. Also he bought dozens of stuff from me during the years and some didn't appear for sale later (like that Messiah Force CD). I suppose that he bought that Aftermath for his own collection from Ben (and then he got mine for $150 as well :D ). I saw him bidding ~ $300 on Ben's Usurper auction as well ...

From what I've heard there are hundreds of second hand shop in Japan and that's where pricekillers gets most of his stuff (you can also see him trading on M-A and probably somewhere else as well).

gellert has some very low starting bids and i already won a couple...waiting for 8-10 more today(some are for my sister)....but i can't trust him in his descriptions of some stuff that i don't know already...the other time i ended buying a crappy alternative/pseudorawk hybrid from him described as US metal(of course i know that this term is wide but i had to take my chances, like harlet's great anthem,hehehe)......it had 5 trax but in all honesty i ended playing it after the 3rd track and put it in the very very upper shelf of my collection....tears are running from my eyes seeing that marauder has no bids yet...i think i'll buy it for 5th time....

People are idiots.

That's all that can be said.

Regarding that Angel Witch CD, I had a copy as well and couldn't get rid of it for $40.00 for over a year. Finally traded it off...

I just can't believe how many things are bought on lack of good pictures, it just seems suspicious it would get premium prices with one low res picture, I mean sure a perfect rating is some indication but I sometimes wonder if a lot of these albums are far less than perfect and people just deal with it because its rare, If I am paying that much for something I wouldn't settle for anything less than perfect and if that wasn't possible I simply wouldn't own it, I am still leaning toward shill bid mania for an explanation, I've already had numerous people tell me a lot of these sellers are well known and that is why they get premium prices but I still can't believe that 100% especially since plenty of auctions that sell for less sometimes have way better pictures.

well the question is just how many re-issues are actually an improvement over high priced rarities, I mean some will argue all reissues are better for various reasons and others will argue original presses are better but how many can be agreed upon as indefinitely better and drove original prices into the ground, it seems like a topic worth exploring especially for those of us who can't afford a lot of original presses.

Uh, the only Angel Witch CD released on the Killerwatt label is "Screamin' Assault". The rest were all re-issued on different labels later on.

I second this.

I've never heard that demo before.
