The matrix circle is way to out of ordinary even on this bad picture

The original has the typical "Made in W.Germany Interpress" engraved in the transparent ring (like Agony, Cloven Hoof, Toxin...) but I cannot see it from this (bad) picture.

That was my point. The photo is poor quality so you can't actually tell.
