Detonation comp from the Czech republic 1990. Not the best at all but I love the cover art, it fit in well in this photo I thought.

BloodOfChrist how easy is it to find a lot of those Cleveland bands releases in & around Cleveland & Ohio these days??

Is it basically non-existent like here in Australia? Killer scene Cleveland had there in the 80's!!!!!

Also, what are all those Terror CD-R's??? Are they available for sale from you??

Thanks to everyone for the complements! Im not from Cleveland, but it was the first scene that I got into and I know more Metal people there then anywhere else.

I havent been there in 2 years but the last time I went a found a bunch of good stuff. Shattered Records (the place that Etched In Steel was made to be distributed at exclusively) didnt have any copies of it left, but between there, CD Exchange (on Detroit Ave, they have some vinyl too) and some other small music stores I bought...

MANIMALS - Blood Is The Harvest LP ($5!)

AXIS - Slightly Tilted LP ($12)

MANIMALS - Horrorcore CD (original first press, out of print, and really fucking rare! $10!)

SHOK PARIS - Go For The Throat CD rerelease ($12)

ARCH RIVAL - Third Degree Burns CD ($6)

V/A - U.S. ROCKER AUDIO MAGAZINE SAMPLER #3 ($3, w/ TRIGGER ZONE, BOULDER, HEMDALE, ODIOUS SANCTION, and some lighter punk/rock bands). TRIGGER ZONE was a big surprise!

And some other minor stuff (other magazine sampler cds, some punk stuff like Confront, etc). I never expected to find the AXIS LP in a used record store! The music stores around that area DESTROY the music stores around here.

Also, the TERROR cd-r's used to be for sale from a friend of the band, but he's since stopped selling them since Terror has been planning a re-release and possible reunion. The plans with ADP fell through due to personal stuff with the owner (the same situation as ARC) as right now we're thinking of doing a 1-2 disc thing with lyrics, pictures, etc. Unfortunately we cant go all out like we were going to do with ADP (6 discs, t-shirts, posters, etc) but its still going to be great.

On the left are the unofficial discography cd-r's, in the middle is the Distributing Pain demo tape (on top), the Pain And Suffering cd-r, a signed band photo of the Soldiers of Slaughter lineup (with an X over Joe Cox's face with the word "BOOTED"...hahaha)

Under that is the Up From The Grave demo tape. On the left of that is an 8.5x11 flyer for one of Terror's reunion shows (the band, and some friends used them to promote the show, it was a benefit concert for Check Schuldiner who was a close friend of the band ever since 88). On the right of that stuff is a band photo and bio that came with the first copies of Distributing Pain (the bio was typed up by Brian on a typrewriter).

The other picture of the shirts is a Pain And Suffering shirt (L) and an Entombed In Terror shirt (L). Its the only picture of the "Entombed" art Ive ever seen since the original demo was barely distributed and one of the only copies I know of is owned by Jim Sadist of Nunslaughter (who wont give it back to the band...hahaha)

I did scan a bunch of the stuff if you want the full sized stuff.

Cockin' crap.. I just borrowed a digital camera to finally make some boastin' "Collector Scum"-shots but all photos turn out useless. Guess I'm too low-tech for these gizmos..

In the meantime I demand that RomanOfSteel and FilsDuMetal post some pix of their SICK collections. I mean c'mon; live up the ze German Kollektor-cliché already

Black Axe- I agree with you; all these cool pics just make me realize how lame my own collection is :lol i don't think I've gotten a realy nice item in about 4 years.

Sentinel- very nice stuff! Is your Triarchy picture sleeve an original? it looks to be in great shape- most copies of that sleeve are pretty worn.

Prof- you still need to find something to trade me for my gold vinyl 'no sleep til hammersmith'... it would look better in your collection than in mine :)

Last time I went to take pics for a thread like this I realized that some items in my collection had gone missing- that was NOT a good day
