It's from a Michael Moorcock novel. Saw Fireclown at a rock disco in a working men's club when I was just eight. They were bloody loud!

Pains me to say it as they are one of my all-time favorites and my username AND avatar are dedicated to them, but...

THE RODS is a lousy name for a heavy band.

Sounds like a new wave or rockabilly act or surf music. Also ACCEPT is a pretty awful name, imagine a metal band named TAKE. Dumb.

No problem with either band's music though!

hope its not mentioned earlier but Oliver Magnum - awesome music but i just a lame name imo.
