Glad to hear you enjoyed the episode DaN, thanks for giving it a listen.
I did have Dr. Z on my initial list for potential inclusion, (remembering you took me to task over their omission from my original Hallowmix some years ago), but somehow they still didn't make the final cut, despite the expanded running length of this episode. The Hallowtheme provides me with too many possibilties, third time lucky perhaps?
I didn't think i'd strayed too far into unknown territory this time around & expected that more songs would have been discovered by now, but i may have underestimated the degree of obscurity. Seems we're definitely missing Kristian & Rob's input this time.
Quite a few choice cover versions dotted throughout the episode too that i thought would get ID'ed quickly.
In your own time gentlemen... :D

Thanks to all who listen to the podcast.
The current episode reached the top ten in both Mixcloud's 'Hard Rock' & 'Heavy Metal' charts, made the top 20 in the 'Psychedelic Rock' category & top 30 in 'Punk'.

Haven't been around much, family visit and other familial stuff, been a busy few weeks.

track 8 must be the Rolling Stones? no idea the song title though.

I have heard that Svartanatt but would not have been able to guess that one.

That short punk track after Svartanatt, whatever that is, is excellent.

Monster Magnet - Evil (1992) that one was easy.

Wikka & TSOL I definitely would have ID'ed those. Absolutely love love love "Dance with Me". Did I mention I love that gem? Total classic album, I need to throw that one on again.

Nice to see you Rob, hope life's being good to you. I thought of you as i was adding that TSOL track as you've often mentioned your fondness for 'Dance With Me'. A perfect fit for the Hallow-theme. Such a great band, I'm even a sucker for that divisive 'Beneath The Shadows' record with the parping keyboards all over it.
I was sure the Monster Magnet song would be spotted, but didn't think it'd take so long.
No Stones in the mix unfortunately, but i know exactly which song you meant & get why you thought it must be them. Apparently it's the sincerest form of flattery.
I'll clue you in on 'that short punk track after Svartanatt' in the fullness of time. You have discerning taste sir.

There are:

David A. HESS - Wait For The Rain - snippet

and whole

THE WIZARDS FROM KANSAS - She Rides With Witches

sounded familiar as it is not so long ago I listened to them and even reference them within these pages.

Yaay! Progress.
I very much enjoy that Wizards album, '...Witches' is great (though i edited out the drum solo in the ep), 'High Flyin' Bird' too and their version of 'Codeine' is killer.

Also among the featured music here:

The Citizens of Halloween - This Is Halloween (From Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas" OST)

CURVED AIR - Phantasmogoria from their 1972 album with the same title.

Not only their best album, but also exceptionally good, with beautiful vocals of Sonja Kristina. But listening to episode first time I haven't even recognized it.

Also:

at number 26 there is 'Raven' by non other than SLADE!

This could be it from my part. Otherwise I can easily hear that 'Rolling Stones' song, Killer on the land with some blood on my hands song, Zombie sth sth song, ... Tell-tale heart song (thought about Supersuckers, but they are not, neither they are Hellacopters), etc. but can not pinpoint them at the very best. I hope you will disclose all the "classical" music masterfully placed throughout the mix as well. And big thanks for including Mr. Vincent Price.

PS: M-C sez I only have 3 more listens. They now omit even that or is that an old crap?

Well done Noisenik, you've certainly made the balance between the ID'ed & unknown songs far more respectable.
It may help you to know that it's 'Killer On The Lamb', rather than 'land'.
(As in 'I'm On The Lamb, But I Ain't No Sheep').
Also the 'Tell Tale Heart' song is from the early 80's & though they clearly worship some of the same Detroit influences as the 'suckers & 'copters it comes from an entirely different hemisphere.
Those BBC recordings by Slade are pretty great BTW, and include several songs that went unrecorded anywhere else. Well worthy of investigation.
I'm not too well versed in Curved Air, but i do like what i've heard by them & agree that Ms. Kristina has a great voice. 'Phantasmagoria' fits the Hallowtheme perfectly.
Re Vincent Price, if you're fan you should have a look at his discogs page as he made a few records which i was unaware of until recently. YT has most (all?) of them.
Rest assured i'll ID all the music featured in the episode when i reveal all later in the week. I'll give it a few more days to allow any latecomers to have a go at mopping up the remainder.
Thanks for flagging up that Mixcloud now seem to be limiting listens, i was completely unaware of that. They may well have informed 'creators' that they were going to do so, but i receive so much spam from them that i delete most of their mail without even reading it. I'm guessing that you could probably get round this restriction just by not signing before listening after you reach the limit allowed.
I must get my act together & finally create a blog to host downloads of the show, or the early now-unavailable episodes at the very least.

I haven't heard "lamb", until you mentioned it is "lamb" and no way to connect that with "... But I Ain't No Sheep"

So, it is

BANJO AND SULLIVAN - Killer On The Lamb :!: :?:

Listening to them now, it has very ambiguous pronounciation, still more "land" than "lamb". I have searched even with that "Arkansas" referenced. One site, probably AI one, has spitted out several country "artists", but B & S ain't among them  .

How have you found them, as they/these recordings seem to be very obscure.

Well done, i hoped my small nudge would get you there. You'd got so close that you'd earned that small assistance & I knew you'd appreciate the B.O.C. reference to put it in context. :D
Banjo & Sullivan are actually a fictitious country duo who were characters in 'The Devil's Rejects' a film directed by Rob Zombie.
Rob got Country artist Jesse Dayton to record a bunch of songs as B&J for prospective use on the film's soundtrack but they turned out so well that they ultimately recorded & released all the B&J recordings as a standalone album. Zombie was so taken with the project that he even designed the album art for it.
The album's really good if you enjoy country music, with several stand-out songs such as the excellently titled 'I'm At Home Getting Hammered (While She's Out Getting Nailed)', 'Killer...', 'Dick Soup' & a countyfied version of Skynyrd's 'Freebird'.
I knew Dayton had worked in a variety of different musical styles over a number of years, (including some contributions to Supersuckers records), but i only recently discovered that he was the guitarist in Madd Hatter, the Texan Heavy Metal band who released a sought after S/T LP in 1985.
Who'd have guessed that a guy known primarily for country music could link Rob Zombie, Supersuckers & Madd Hatter? It's a crazy ole world.
