Well, that's like, I'm not racist for example, but I find anti-racist lyrics to be as stupid as the racist ones they want to fight... Same with christianity, like some of you said: being christian or a believer is one thing, going to church/temple/mosque/whatever and preaching are another ones.

Well there's something to be said about overcompensation, but surely an attempt for a positive social effect, however as hilarious or ineffective as it may be surely does not equate to agressive, socially destructive and historically proven dangerous stupidity.

Christian fans? Why not? Heavy Metal is not about the Devil and Satan that deceiveth the whole world. It's more about the intelligent individual.
I believe it all comes down to how you pick the people you are going to spend time with. Faith? Anti Racism has gone so far as to hamper education and science in the name of political correctness.

Anti Racism has proven to cause even more problems by telling everyone they have to tolerate others they do not wish to tolerate.

Racism is worse than ever people just know how to conceal it better so they don't get some social stigma from the lefty fucks who have basically made it a crime to be a white man in the united states.

This is only vaguely related to the topic, but anyway.

I don't know what the situation is like in the US or Europe. I have a feeling it's pretty much the same as here (India) - most people belong to some religion or another. But what does this mean? 99% of the time it means that they'll abide by the traditions, ceremonies etc in matters of birth, death, marriage, etc. They may even pray or whatever on a daily basis. But I look at people around me and it seems clear to me that really, no one gives a shit about "god". People go about their lives, their jobs, eating, sleeping etc.; how much do they think about "god"? Really, to it seems that unless you've locked yourself up in a monastery or something and think only about god, you're relly not religious at all. Most people live most of their lives on a practical basis. Most - maybe even all - people are really agnostic in practice.

This view be all bullshit, but anyway, any thoughts?

About religion, people may not believe and don't go to church but the christian ideas still persists in them, kinda christianity without go.

However, being a christian is nothing wrong with me. Being a righteous idiot is (and this applies not exclusively to christians), especially if you pretend to play rock'n'roll. That is my point.

About my ideas about satanism or so, that wasn't my point, and I don't want nor to explain my position, nor to open a discussion on this subject.
