Polish recomendations!?

The most underrated and among the BEST Death Metal bands are from Poland.

IMPERATOR !!! their "Time before Time" LP slays !!

(some members also play in PANDEMONIUM from Poland, which is mediocre Death Metal, nothing special if you ask me. So do not let the IMPERATOR-looking cover fool you. Still worth checking out at least, the "The Ancient Catatonia" LP have its good moments, but mostly boring)

Oppressor - Blasphemous Thoughts demo is worth hearing I can upload this one if anyone is interested.

Betrayer - Calamity

for a newer band Azarath - Demon Seed, I have yet to hear their other albums.

the thrasher death "you must kill" demo is much more raw than "women die" in both sound and composition wise. more primitive and "evil" sounding

exorcist aren't crossoverish at all... very dark sounding blackish speed metal. more like hellias sounding. absolutely great stuff

I bought this some months ago but got ripped off. So I still don't know how they sound.
Really don't know too much about Poland except the big names like Kat and Turbo etc. Been meaning to dig a bit deeper, this thread will be a good start.

The "Time before Time" LP is totaly twisted !! I can ashure you that you never have heard any Death Metal like it, for shure !! You really need it !!

for all the Imperator - Time Before Time suckers: it took me a long time, to find bands being similar to this godly Polish band, but I found them:

Cirrhosis (BRA) - Alcoholic Death Noise CD
-> on Cogumelo Rec. ca. 2003

Evil Angel (FIN) - Ritual Sacrifice Reh./Demo MCDr '05
-> exactly the same sound as Time Before Time

Throneum (POL) - Deathmass Of The Gravedancer
-> great covers of Pandemonium and Imperator

I never got into the Imperator debut LP... I think the vocals are weak for my taste.
I have not heard the legendary "Eternal Might" demo though.
