Me too, I saw them play with Tokyo Blade last year and they were band of the night for me. Bang on!
Here's another appetiser:

I was blasting the Amulet - Cut The Crap tape earlier today. Not bad at all. I'd say it would be good live. Do they have many other songs or do they play a few covers too?

They have several new songs since the tape - playing for about 25 minutes.

25 and 30 minute sets suck...I always hated that on bigger festivals and tours..

If there is going to be that many opening bands, then I would much rather have 25-30 minute sets. Good warm up, plus plenty of bands don't have enough quality material to sustain for an hour.

Great night. Manilla Road were by far the best band, as expected. A nice long set too but I wanted even more!
Solstice were good but the technical problems ruined it a bit. I thought Randy was going to start busting heads at one point!
Deep Machine were good with the highlight being Asylum.
Spartan Warrior were surprisingly good as I'm not very familiar with them. I thought the vocalist was grabbing his crotch a bit too much though!
Wytch Hazel were easily the poorest band of the night. I'm not very familiar with their stuff either but I'd hardly even call it metal. They seem to make a big effort with the clothes though! Their cover of Running Free wasn't bad though.
Amulet were good. Hopefully they keep it up as I'd say they could be excellent in a few years.
I'm fairly shattered now though so It's an early night for me tonight. London always puts a huge hole in my bank account too! No doubt I'll be back there again soon enough though!
