I think this is not possible ! I have difficulties to separate from my records, especially the good ones from "exotic" countrys !
At the other hand, in trade against LEATHER NUNN all the time !
There is one on eBay right now, but expensive ! There was one for half of that just 2 or 3 weeks ago !

I knwo, i know, one is white, the other not, haha. I mean between the ones on top.

The one is Axe Killer and the other one is 2nd private edition (Spandimev Publishing)

From what i know this version was also a private release from the band in the same year but with the artwork that was later used by Axe Killer. Also the labels are different, this one has red labels while the "plain white cover" version has white labels.
