Not really. I've seen quite a few more recent bootlegs where people have obviously copied "identical" matrix information based on sourcing it from someone over the internet. I guess this is done so that when they are asked on ebay such information from possible bidders they can provide it without having to lie. Obviously when the CD arrives and you are able to see it for yourself the font/size/positioning is wrong but the number/letter combinations are the same.
Then how do they make the bootleg? MP3s and found scans? I find it highly unlikely that people bootleg CDs without an original to copy from. Examples?
