I guess we have to make the difference between their
music and the person that plays it...i already got that, but still is hard for me to see someone that created and album like, lets say, "Strappado" and in real life is just a "boring-cool to hang-out-guy" and thats it,no real madness at all...aahhh im not sure how to explain it, lets met at april“s KIT and ill try to explain this dillemma to u with the help of some booze

Nah... Actually, if I'd found out that people who create "insane" music were equally insane, THAT would bore me to tears...
Actually, one of the coolest surprises I ever remembered having, was with Wagner Antichrist from SARCOFAGO. Here you have a guy who creates completely insane music and over-the-top lyrics, who used to have complete outrageous pictures and stage performances... And yet, despite all that, he's one of the leading Brazillian scholars of economic sciences... He's a jubilated University teacher, and a brilliant and intelligent mind.
For me, that even increased my respect for him! This kind of "dual" life is amazing, and for him to cope with both sides of his life, even startles me more.
To be brutally honest, I've had enough of drunkards, drug-addicts, social misfits and others of that ilk... And I don't need them to be in bands

I like that kind of music and I'm not insane, why people doing it should be different?
