I'm going to visit my parents in Omaha for a week and will take some time driving around. Depending how adventurous I feel I can go as far as Kansas City I guess.

CDs or LPs, all sound good to me. I'd be very happy if I can find some forgotten shack in the middle of nowhere full with 80s overstocks, undefiled by eBay hunters...

Where is that little place at?

I wouldn't mind hitting it some time to see if they had any CDs worth a rip.

The records came from all over NOT only the shack in the pic.

The shack is in NC and has NO CD's sorry

It is owned by Antiseen and really didn't have much of anything.
I just thought that it was a kool pic.

Then why does the sign say CDs? :?

Still wouldn't mind diggin' through there. For me, 50% of the fun is in the hunt (the other 50% is the find, obviously).

I have no Idea. There was about 200 lp's and 50 dvd's inside and that was it

Best place for you to look if you are on the east coast is around York, PA.
Had some of the best(biggest) stores of the trip.

Damn. This thread makes me want to wake up Saturday and tell my wife "have fun with the kids" and just go on a road trip of my own....

Not sure the payback would be worth it though.

Oh, no trip planned yet. I always like to file away where to look, though, for when I DO go somewhere.
