Then I did indeed make a bigass trade with him some years ago. While it went through without much trouble, I remember how he was really greedy and knew exactly how to squeeze out the last drop of vinyl from my poor tradelist.

I guess my hunger and impatiance has some to do with it too

Hardly the most even of trades I've ever done, but what can ya do..

Ok, we have news from this mister, here's what he wrote about me:

Collectors/Dealers,

I wanted to share what has been going on in my personal life for the past (22) plus months. Over the last (22) months I have been in a ugly divorce with my now former wife. The reason why I'm sharing this with everyone because it has affected my records dealing with collectors and dealers.

This absolutely embarrass me to share this information.For the past (22) months I have been fighting wife my now ex-wife in court over custody of my children. Over the whole divorce I was willing to give her everything $, house etc.... All I wanted was custody of my two children because she is not a fit mother (Alcoholic) etc.....

She was not willing to give me custody and in return I guess she wanted to get even with me for divorcing her!

for the past (20) months she did everything she could to destroy the one thing I enjoyed the most next to my children, my music. She wanted to ruin what business I had and I found this out in March of this year. From Oct 2006 - March 2007 she was stealing numerous record packages. I found this out in early March when I caught her. I went to the post office early in the morning and mailed out a few packages. I went back a few hours later because I forgot to mail a letter. when I pulled up, their she was carrying out a package. I could of fuckin killed her!
she told me she had been doing this off and on since October. I don't know how many packages total, but it was probably 8-12 packages. She was going in the post office after me telling them we needed back the package for numerous reasons, they had every reason to trust her since we used them same office for (8) plus years. She told the post office she would bring it directly back, then destroyed the records and made me look like a total asss!

So if you did not receive a package between this period, this is why. All I can do is send you new records, replace them If I have extra copies, or return your $. I'm not a rip off artist, If I was, I would not be offering to refund your purchase or trade items. I'm not even totally sure who is all missing records.

Second, I found out she was also deleting my emails, filtering them and even answering some of them with bogus information. So when some of you were really pissed off with me not answering emails in a a timely fashion, this is why. I was not trying to avoid you, I never got the email or my response was filtered and I did not know it.

After I found out what was going on, I put my records in storage from March till July. I was afraid she would steal more records from my house. She had taken (50) of my most rarest records out of my collection back in December. She had been basically holding the records ransom until I paid her $ to get them back.

This is a total embarrassment to tell of all you this, but I felt I had know choice. I wanted to everyone to know the real truth on what was going on. I wanted to apologize to anyone I pissed off over the last (12) months. It was not my intention to hurt anyone. I totally understand if you don't want to deal with me anymore. I can only hope you put yourself in my shoes and try to understand what has happened!

I have been trading/selling records a long time since the early 90's. In the past I have been screwed over plenty one way or another and always kept my mouth shut. I always figured deal with it and move on. Until this past Monday. When this prick (KIKI VAVOURUKAI) posted a bunch of bullshit about me on the infamous German site. I won't mention the name, because it's not worth the time.

This collector is the biggest liar I ever met. I had reserved records for this asshole for over (10) months with numerous promises and delays on why he would stall sending payment. I never said a word to him until last week. I told him I was no longer willing to reserve his records and If I did not receive payment by Sept 1st, I was putting them back on my list. He gave me a ultimatum back in Nov 2006, to hold these records and hold a copy of Redeemer. If I did not sell him a copy of Redeemer he would never deal with me again. He would buy the Redeemer in March and the rest of the records in June and Aug. So in order to keep him as a customer, I reserved all the records. He sent payment as promised, a few weeks late in MARCH. The Redeemer was sent out about (6) weeks later, I tried to explain to him what was going on. He told me he was pissed and I would here from him in a few months. I totally understand him being mad, having to wait (6) weeks, but give me a break. I also waited nearly (5) months to receive the payment for Redeemer. In return he kept stalling and I held over (60) records which I could have sold most of them and he never bought. If he was that mad after he received the Redeemer, why didn't he cancel the rest of the order in March? Instead he played games, which is fine with me. I'll add the records back on the list which I did. But don't post a bunch of shit calling me a liar on the website which is not true. I'm guilty of not sending his Redeemer record out on time. He's trying to justify his bullshit for canceling his order $2500 in records on me.

I warn any Dealer or Collector who is going to reserve records for him. I would not hold records any longer than two weeks, just enough time to receive payment from him. Anyone who needs to see his emails, I have all of them.

BOTTOM LINE, I APOLOGIZE FOR THE LAST (10) MONTHS. I DID NOT MEAN TO HURT ANYONE, BUT I COULD NOT CONTROL CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH ME ANYMORE, I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND. I CAN'T BLAME SOME OF YOU FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING .PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I'LL DELETE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. BEST OF LUCK IN THE FUTURE.

FOR MY FRIENDS WHO CAN UNDERSTAND THE HELL I HAVE BEEN THROUGH, THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. I'LL GUARANTEE I'LL DO MY BEST NOT TO LET YOU DOWN.

MY NEW LIST WILL BE SENT OUT SHORTLY.

Hahaha...he's a fucking liar, I can assure you for this. He knows so many things about me, that he didn't realize yet that I'm a woman, and not a man, mouhahaha! I had a terrible abventure as far as the Redeemer item is concerned! When I reserved his copy, I considered well, and I've already traded my first copy that I had, and I've been waiting for his copy for 6 months! Can you understand what shock I came through all this time?? Meanwhile, he didn't answer my mails ofcurse, and when he decided to do so, he told me a bunch of excuses. And I'm calling them excuses, cause if he wanted to contact me, he would use another mail account...for Heaven's Shake...couldn't he have a new one? He already knew my mail adress...he could do so if he was speaking the truth!
Moreover, as far as my huge order is concerned, here's what he wrote me when I asked him about the Redeemer:

Anyone can realize that he forced me to reserve the records, if I wanted to have the Redeemer. I'm writting this to show who started what...Anyway, I had in mind to make this God-damn order, since I told him bout it some months ago, without giving any specific titles yet...He pushed me to do so as you can see! BUT I had in mind to pay this order, and untill the last time I was trying to trust him back again..but that was impossible! I ALWAYS paid on the right dates that I gave, and he kept me waiting..and this behaviour was familiar to me since 2001, and not 2006..Besides that, I had plenty of other probs with that "person" since 2001 that I started dealing with him. He ALWAYS delayed my records, and when he send them their condition wasn't the best, while he gave wrong description for many items in his lists. Hahaha...many years ago he tried to convince me that he had a Midnight Wind vinyl in limited copies

..And that's only ONE example! For anyone who knows me, it is obvious that I make huge orders, and ALWAYS pay them, while this"piece of shit"(I'm using back his words!) always caused problems with his delays and his lies..you should have known better"mister"... you lost one of your best costumers...GOOD JOB!

He seems quite obessessed with our site.

We have an old (and quite revealing) thread from one of his "victims" there, after thread was posted Pangallo began to care suddenly, after months of ignoring the whole mess he caused.

Now BlackStele posted there, and one day later Pangallo sends out this whine-letter (that I dont believe is all true btw) to all his contacts.

Can't see why anyone would keep on dealing with that rat really. Wherever you go on metal message boards, if there is a thread warning about bad trades, his name is one of the first to pop up. I've managed to keep clear of him, and I'm not tempting fate by dealing with the creep.

Those excuses above would be terribly funny if he hadn't conned so many people. It seems people are getting wise to his trickery so he has to make something up to make people trade with him again.

Pathetic.

wise words...I'm never impressed from a seller's "fat"speech and flashy words...as I said I was co-operating with him since 2001, and he ALWAYS caused me troubles..I was veeery patient with him, trying to trust him back, but now I came to my limits! I'm trading/bying records for more than 15 years, and never EVER have troubles with anyone, except this guy, and one other that I don't want to mention now...I will speak when the time is right...You see, some"people"live ONLY for the money and nothing else...yeah he wished me "Good Luck in the future", pointing out that I will regret for what I said...you should have known better little scum, hehe...

I could post stories of Mr.P for days but they all seam to end the same way.

Some folks just see the records and think there time with him will be differant but like I said they always end the same, maybe some take longer then others but they all end the same.

When dealing with lots of money (or big records) it is always best to ask around for some advise and always cover your back. Dont jump in just because you see something you want and think it is a good deal.

Now please kids "be carefull out there"
