I don't know who Strappado is and I don't know about the problems earlier, so I'm not prejudiced.
But if there ever was a case of obvious shill bidding, this is it.

Also, do you think ebay will investigate shill bidding? In my experience they only care when they loose money. Shill bidding = higher selling price = higher selling fee.
Ebay and paypal are the archetypical unmoveable corporate drones. Unable to reason with them. Sometimes I think they are both one-person companies, and that one person is in charge of typing endless streams of meaningless standardized responses who are then sent to millions of members when they have questions.

You got a point there, but honestly I do not care whether they investigate or not. What I know is that something fishy came to my attention and I did what I had to: report it. I can't do something more if the people behind ebay are rotten amoral corporate bastards.

Don't you like it? Too soft i guess, sure, but i actually like both songs. The ballad "Hollow Winds Echo" is just great for what it is.

Yeah, but for that price you could buy a replacement at a normal price and have plenty of $$$ left over. there's 2 on popsike from last year that sold for < $150

From what I've heard by now (Youtube of course) this band seems to be quite average stuff, not that interesting for people like me (I guess).
The cover artwork is quite cool though.

Just some years ago there where several copies of this on eBay. Some for $ 50.- as BuItNow ! 350.- for 2 bad songs ! WOW !

No I like it, esp "Hollow Winds Echo". But for $350 I don't like it so much, I would gladly dispose of it for that and make almost 10X what I paid for it,
