Actually, this is a different band from the one that was recently re-issued by Arkeyn Steel.

Also, I'm sure you haven’t noticed that the last 3-4 auctions for this CD ended all around the same price and more then one seller sold them. An Australian seller sold this at the beginning of the month for I believe $104 AUS but I'm guessing your website didn't pick that one up.

Looks like "This is the Fringe Product replica that looks exactly like the original save for the matrix code" info doesn't help a lot
Must be people that don't know english very well bidding on them. I bet if he put the word bootleg in the description the price would still end at the same amount.

I don't think it's the language barrier. I think these people just don't give a shit if it's a bootleg or not. Look at the shitty CD-R's bootlegs that livingthrash sells that continue to sell for ridiculous prices.

I was watching this as well and although I knew it would go high, this is just insane. My bid was in the double digits.

Well compared to this one most of the nowadays rarities look like a common wall-mart CD ;)

That's not the copy that I was specifically talking about from the Australian seller but it's one of the copies I was referring to that's gone even higher. The price for this CD is a little pricey but it's not high by the discs usual price standards.

By the way, why doesn't your site have a link to the actual auction?

Yeah it is the hair metal band MORIAH from Rochester NY. Both the 1991 EP and the 1993 "Mirror Man" album are awesome, given you like the genre.

Those links don't really do the EP any justice as I find it much better then the sound clips offered there.
