Nah, this info is quite old, you probably got old cache in your browser. Poland was removed from that list months ago. Next time just click CTRL+F5
Noone in their right state of mind will place an order if he sees in the FAQ that shipping for one CD is 17$.
A regular CD in bubble envelope weights between 4-5 ounces, which costs $4.33 or $5.20 respectively to be shipped first class airmail to Europe. Registration costs extra $11.50,
so the total is $16.70 cost of bubble envelope not included.
But this is not all: there are very stern regulations on how a registered packages has to be prepared -
ALL seams need to be taped with special paper tape - the nasty messy type which needs to be moistened with a sponge,
ALL labels need to be handwritten (no sticker or peel-on labels accepted). Which means I have to spend 15 minutes or more messing around with fucking paper tape and filling in all papers by hand (opposed to printing the postage online as I do with other type of packages).
And then I have to get into my car, drive to the bloody post office, and stand in line just to mail this one package!
So yeah dude, I don't really feel bad when people do not order one cd with $17.00 shipping. It's not like I'm lining my pockets with those money either.
Nobody is forced to buy from me - people can pool up with friends and buy indefinite number of CDs for the same $17 and enjoy Express EMS delivery from me, or go find my releases at some local dealer, fine with me either way.
OR, if they insist on buying just one CD and want it shipped cheap - fine with me, but I will NOT take paypal for it. They can send me Western Union, or well hidden cash, then I ship it via regular mail and happily ignore when they start asking where their cd is.
Okay, I'm out of here now.
