Not that easy to find today but I have a really hard time believing it would actually be worth that much.

Agree! Many stupid & inadequate prices! He definitely don't know actual prices for CD's that he selling.
Another example of ebay stupidity:

Fantastic collection! I think this seller have no chance to sell them all together and in near future we will see those rarities separately here and there for sale.
P.S: Time to start "Insane allegro auctions?"

I'd have bought them for resale, but there is no way I'd pay without inspecting the merch on hands first. Such sale should be pick up only.

Do it.

There are about 4-5 that I'm interested in and don't already own and that way I can purchase them individually. :)

I wouldn't be surprised if buying it and selling one by one would yeld 100%-150% profit.

The average purchase price is €21/CD. I'm not saying you wouldn't make profit but:
*There also are non-rare CD's in there which you can sell for €7/€8 tops.
*You'd have to invest an incredible amount of time reselling them seperately.
*If you sell on ebay, you'll pay hundreds of dollars in fees.
*You'll end up with a bunch of CD's no-one wants to buy from you.

I doubt the average selling price would be €50/CD honestly. Than there is the question of condition, the question of delivery/pick-up, the question of reliability/...I don't think this is the pot of gold you think it is.
